And so, yeah, watching these students, on the one hand, part of it was humbling because I would see some of the high performers, I dont wanna say they made it look easy, but there were a few students who really did not appear to struggle very much, they were in the minority, but they were there. And as a student, you need to successfully accomplish one leadership role during each phase to move on to the next phase, and you might get two to three opportunities in the event that you fail in your first attempt.
